INGREDIENTS
- 1 pounds ground turkey, half turkey breast and half turkey thigh
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients and mix well to blend
thoroughly.

Wetting hands frequently to prevent the sausage
from sticking, shape the mixture into 1 1/2- to 2-ounces sausages, or as
desired.

Heat a griddle or large skillet and cook the
sausages, turning to brown both sides, for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until
thoroughly cooked.

Serve immediately.
Low Down: We shrunk them down to sliders for bite sized fun!!
